Summerhouse Baking is built on the belief that creative dreams are meant to be followed. It's a way to share a deep passion for great food, to explore the kitchen as creative studio, to be hands-on in my daily work and to challenge myself to make something extraordinary that people will love. I imagine Summerhouse as a natural extension of my youth. Growing up on Cape Cod, it represents the simple joy, contentment and accomplishment I found climbing trees, making forts in the dunes at the beach, painting and spending summer mornings perfecting the family crepe recipe. It represents the sort of thing we learn exploring without consequence; baking a batch of cookies to share with friends, enjoying them with a discerning palate and being able to do it all over again, everyday!

Mixed in small batches using all natural ingredients and zero preservatives, Summerhouse cookie doughs are made from scratch just like you would make them at home. Many of our ingredients come from New England's local, family-owned farms and mills, and whenever possible, are organic or sustainably produced. A simple and classic sweet- not too precious, always just right- and bursting with true flavor!
